     Q. How do I find my rebate offer?
  • Click Rebate Status and enter your name, address and zip code then (Search).

     Q. I did not find my name or address?
  • Please make sure that your name and address is spelled correctly and match the rebate form that was submitted.
  • If this still doesn't work please make sure you have given us the required time as stated on the rebate form.

     Q. The required time has past and I can't find my name on this site.
  • This site was designed for our clients and their consumers. Please make sure that you were directed to this site by the rebate form or fulfillment house's customer service operator.

     Q. Still having problems finding my rebate?
  • We offer a Consumer Care form where you can submit a request for additional information. One of our fulfillment house's Customer Service Representatives will respond to your question within 2 business days.

     Q. I purchased a product but lost the rebate form or the store where I purchased the product did not have any rebate forms. How can I receive a new rebate form?
  • We offer our clients consumers a Rebate Forms link that allows you to find and print all of the current rebate offers available.

     Q. What is a UPC code? upc
  • A UPC code is a unique bar code that is located on the box of the product you purchased. However, some merchandise may have several different bar codes located on the box. If you are not sure which one to send, please ask someone at the store where the purchase was made.

     Q. Why am I asked to supply my e-mail address?
  • It is not required to supply your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is optional. The only reason to supply your e-mail address is if you would like to receive updates of your status. We do not sell or use your e-mail for any other reason. Plus, once your rebate check or merchandise has shipped, your e-mail address is deleted from

     Q. What is the Rebate Trading Post?
  • The Rebate Trading Post is our online store that allows you to trade-up your rebate offer into cash that can be used to purchase merchandise for a higher or equal value. Once your rebate is mailed in and recieved, you have the chance to upgrade for merchandise as long as the rebates manufacture is an active partner with us. The process is completely done online and there are no unnecessary steps for you to fill out. All you have to do is make sure the mailing address is correct and choose the item you want. The item you choose will be sent to you after the trade has been made. If you provide us with your e-mail address, we will notify you when the item has shipped along with the tracking number from the carrier used. It is that simple. This is a great way to increase the value of your rebate.
